All reservations are subject to written confirmation. The island is offered on an exclusive-use basis across all six villas. Confirmation of a booking is conditional upon receipt of any deposit and acceptance of the booking terms communicated by our reservations team.
Rates are quoted in the currency indicated at the time of enquiry and may be subject to taxes, service charges and seasonal supplements. Payment terms, deposits and balances are agreed at the time of booking.
Cancellation policies vary depending on the season, length of stay and time of cancellation. The applicable cancellation terms will be confirmed in writing at the time of booking. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance.
Guests are kindly asked to respect the natural environment, the marine life and our team. Any behaviour that compromises safety, the wellbeing of other guests or the integrity of the property may result in additional charges or termination of the stay.
Coco Privé Kuda Hithi is not liable for any loss, damage, illness or injury arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather, sea conditions, force majeure events or third-party services such as flights and transfers.
All content on this website, including text, photography and the Coco Privé name and logo, is the property of Coco Privé Kuda Hithi and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Maldives. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Maldivian courts.
