The dining experience at Coco Privé Kuda Hithi is entirely bespoke and designed around the preferences of each guest rather than fixed restaurant schedules or standard resort menus.

As the island is reserved for exclusive use, every meal is privately arranged and tailored to the tastes, dietary requirements, and daily plans of the group staying on the island.

A dedicated culinary team

Private chefs prepare menus that range from refined international cuisine to fresh seafood specialties, tropical island dishes, healthy wellness-focused meals, and family-style dining for larger gatherings. Ingredients are selected according to guest requests whenever possible, allowing fully personalised breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack service throughout the day.

Multiple settings across the island

Each occasion has its own atmosphere. Guests may choose elegant dinners in the Palm Residence dining area, casual lunches by the pool, beachside candlelit dinners under the stars, sunset cocktails on the upper terrace, or private in-villa dining within any of the guest villas. The flexibility of service is a core part of the experience, with no rigid timetable.

Throughout the day

Breakfast is arranged according to the guests' pace — an early light meal, a full gourmet breakfast or a late brunch overlooking the lagoon. Lunch often focuses on lighter dishes such as grilled seafood, salads, fresh fruit, sushi or Mediterranean-style options. Evening dining can be transformed into formal multi-course dinners, themed tasting menus, barbecue nights or celebration banquets.

Beverages & cocktail bar

The beverage offering includes premium wines, champagne, handcrafted cocktails, fresh juices and curated spirits, all served privately by the villa team. The cocktail bar within Palm Residence provides an additional social setting for pre-dinner drinks or late evening gatherings.

Wellness & tailored menus

For wellness-oriented stays, the chefs can also prepare detox menus, vegetarian or vegan cuisine, fitness-focused meals and children's menus. Every aspect of dining is structured to feel private, flexible and completely adapted to the guests staying on the island.
